Two election commissioners, one from each party, shall each separately place one lock on the ballot boxes and shall personally retain the keys for the locks. Each of the two commissioners of different parties shall attach numbered seals, and record the numbers of the seals on a certification document. Commissioners shall sign the ballot box certification document and create a duplicate copy. The election commission shall deliver the locked absentee ballot boxes and keys to the counting board, together with the poll books and other election materials of absentee voters. 8/5/2010 The County Election Commission shall furnish each polling place with a certified copy of a complete alphabetical list of its absentee and early voters in the August election, and the copy shall be displayed at the polling place throughout voting hours. (TCA § 2-6-301(c)) August

Officials who didn't attend instructional school or were appointed after the instructional school had been held shall be administered the oath of office required in TCA § 2-1-111.
