exemption. These are organizations that do not raise and do not intend to solicit $30,000 or more in
contributions. Organizations listed in this search have submitted documentation to the Division in
order to granted this exemption.
Please note, if you do not locate the organization, please consider the following:
- Organization could be registered as a charitable organization. This means the organization affirms
it has and will intend to receive more than $30,000 in contributions. To search, click HERE.
- Make sure you are searching under the official legal name of the organization.

You can use the asterick (*) wildcard to search for America* and get results

and/or inc anywhere in their charity name.

and all results with inc, including those which do not include american.
