Rulemaking Hearing Notices
Rulemaking Hearings are official notice for a rulemaking hearing. Notices of rulemaking hearings are posted to the website to give official notice for the time, date, and location of a hearing. The text of proposed rules being considered at the hearing is included in the notice. As a result of the hearing, a rulemaking hearing rule may be promulgated. The text of the rulemaking hearing rule may reflect changes resulting from the hearing. The rulemaking hearing rule becomes effective 90 days after filing with the Secretary of State.
